  Today we discuss about who am I?
 Am I consciousness?
   If I am consciousness then do we always able to live at consciousness
(means free from mind)?
Friends we know that all problem of human come from living in mind ,that is nothing.
That is only the memorised things of society or world?
Friends,every person has some type of problem.this is only comes from living in mind?
If we live always at consciousness then we are untouched from any problem and solve
This in a greatful way?
